Tripura Institution For Transformation (TIFT) Tripura is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Sector Experts.

• Social Sector (Health Sector) : 1
• Animal Husbandry : 1
• Industry & Trade : 1
• Environment & Natural Resources : 1
• Technology and Entrepreneurship : 1

Essential educational qualifications:

Full time degree from a recognized institute in the specified sector preferably with research and also field experience.

1. Agriculture & Allied Sectors (Plant based): B. Tech. or M.Sc in Horticulture or also Agriculture
2. Social Sector (Health Sector): Master Degree in Public System Management with specialization
   in Healthcare and also Hospital Management or MBA in Healthcare and Hospital Management.
3. Animal Husbandry Expert: Bachelor of Veterinary Science (B.V. Sc).
4. Industry & Trade Expert: MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management, preferably specialized
   in trade and/or industry
5. Environment & Natural Resources Expert: Masters in Environment Science or B. Tech in Environmental Engineering or Biotechnology or Forestry or MBA in Environment Management
6. Technology and Entrepreneurship Expert: B. Tech (preferably in IT/CSE) with Full time MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

Desirable: Candidates with a higher degree and published papers in the relevant field altogether would be preferred

Experience :

1. Minimum 5 (five) years of experience relevant to the job description.
2. Preference will be given to persons with work experience in specified sector, implementation of
   programmes.
3. Candidates should also have demonstrated experience relating to leading teams, managing projects, as well as conducting stakeholder engagement.
4. The experience of internship/training will not be considered.
5. N.B.: A PhD with at least five published papers in renowned journals shall be considered as equivalent to the relevant work experience required.
