Applications are invited for recruitment of 14 vacant positions or jobs in MSRLS Meghalaya.

Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS) Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Young Professionals at the State Mission Management Unit (SMMU) and District Mission Management Unit (DMMU).

Name of post : Young Professional- Information & Technology (YP-IT)

No. of posts : 1

Salary : Rs. 26000/- per month

Qualification & Experience :

Essential:

1. Degree in B.Tech/ M.Tech/ BSc. Computer Science or IT/BCA/MCA from a reputed University/ Institution.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in Data Entry and MIS Management, Data Analysis & Reporting.
3. Proficiency in MIS software systems and tools, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and BI (Business Intelligence) tools.
4. Computer Skills with emphasis on Microsoft Packages, Google Suite, etc.
5. Proficiency in Troubleshooting & Support
6. Within 30 years of age.

Desirable:

1. Application Programming- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications with practical knowledge.
2. Experience in Development and maintenance of websites and web-based applications.
3. Data Analysis- Knowledge of assessing and evaluating MIS Data.

Name of post : Young Professional- Communication

No. of posts : 1

Salary : Rs. 26000/- per month

Qualification & Experience :

Essential:

1. Degree in Mass Media, Mass Communication from a reputed University/ Institution.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in the Media and Communications sector,
3. Proficiency in writing and editing articles, press releases, social media content, marketing materials, Powerpoint presentations and other communication materials.
4. Computer Skills with emphasis on Microsoft Packages, Google Suite, etc.
5. Within 30 years of age.

Desirable:

1. Familiarity with Knowledge Management practices, systems, and tools, including how to capture, share, and utilize knowledge within an organization.
2. Experience in roles focused on internal and external communication, such as communications, public relations, or content creation.

Name of post : Young Professional- Food, Nutrition, Health and Wash (YP - FNHW)

No. of posts : 12

Salary : Rs. 26000/- per month

Qualification & Experience :

Essential:

1. a. Post Graduate Degree in Education, Public Health, Home Science, Nutrition & Dietetics, Social Work, Nursing, or related field from a reputed University/Institution.
   b. Minimum 1 years of working experience in Early Childhood Development, Education, Health or Social/ Rural Development.
   or
2. a. Degree in Education, Public Health, Home Science, Nutrition & Dietetics, Social Work, Nursing, or related field from a reputed University/Institution.
   b. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Early Childhood Development, Education, Health or Social/ Rural Development.
3. Strong Analytical, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
4. Within 30 years of age.

Desirable:

1. Familiarity with Govt. Programs and Policies related to Early Childhood Development.
2. Experience working with Rural Communities, preferably in Meghalaya or North Eastern States.
