Assam: Man arrested for murdering sibling in Kamrup

Guwahati: A domestic dispute in Mirza, Kamrup, about 30 km from Guwahati, Assam turned fatal as a man stabbed his brother to death.

Prahlad Das allegedly attacked his younger brother Naba Das with a dagger during a violent altercation.

Police said that the accused following the incident attempted to make the incident look like a suicide.

However, on Saturday, Prahlad was arrested after the police found out that the incident was a murder.

Police said that Naba Das died on the spot before any help could arrive.

The police said that they are investigating the incident.
