Applications are invited for recruitment of various technical positions or career in NIACL in 2025.

New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Chief Information Security Officer in 2025.

Educational qualifications

Mandatory:

Full-time Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines namely Electronics/ Computer/ Computer Science/ Information Technology from a recognized university.

And

Professional Certifications (valid as on date of application): CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)

Desirable:

Educational qualifications: Master’s degree in Information Security/ Cyber Security/ Network Security/Information Systems/ Technology Management/ Risk Management from a recognized university.

Any (one or more) of the following professional certifications (valid as on date of application):

1. CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
2. CCISO (Certified Chief Information Security Officer)
3. CGEIT (Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT)
4. ISO Lead Auditor (27001, 22301 etc.)
5. CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
6. CGRC (Certified Governance, Risk and Compliance)
7. CCSK / CCSP (Cloud Security certifications)
8. Other globally recognized cyber security or risk certifications

Experience :

Mandatory: Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT/ Information Security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CISO / Deputy CISO / Head of Information Security).

Desirable: Prior experience in BFSI/Insurance sector is preferred.
