Applications are invited for recruitment of various technical positions or career in Tezpur University Assam.
Tezpur University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or career of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the project entitled "Design and synthesis of a Responsive Multi-Block Copolymer binder for paint application." Tezpur University was established by an Act of Parliament in 1994. The objects of this Central University as envisaged in the statutes are that it shall strive to offer employment oriented and interdisciplinary courses to meet the local and regional aspirations and the development needs of the state of Assam and also offer courses and promote research in areas which are of special and direct relevance to the region and in emerging areas in Science and Technology

Essential Qualification :
B.S. 4 years programme/B.Pharm./M.B.B.S./Integrated B.S.-M.S./M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree with 55% marks and passing of NET-LS/GATE test. The selection for award of JRF is made on the basis of a competitive written test organized jointly by CSIR and UGC at National Level
Age Limit : 28 years as on the last date of receipt of application
The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5-years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/ tribes/OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates.
Fellowship : Rs. 37,000/- (Rupees thirty seven thousand) only per month
