Uber ride nightmare: Car driver masturbates in front of Nagaland women

KOHIMA: In a troubling incident that unfolded recently in Gurgaon, Haryana, four women from Nagaland, who were returning home from a birthday celebration faced a distressing ordeal during their Uber ride.

The incident took place at in Gurgaon sectors 26-29.

Captured in a video recorded by one of the victims, the Uber driver, whose identity remains undisclosed, was observed engaging in inappropriate sexual behaviour, causing significant discomfort and distress to the female passengers.

According to reports, the Uber driver resorted to masturbating in front of the four women from Nagaland during the journey.

Shocked and appalled by the conduct, one of the women recorded a video of the incident, shedding light on the distressing ordeal.

Additionally, one of the victims reported that the Uber driver also touched her thigh during the ride.

Later, the Uber driver abandoned the Naga women on the roadside after the incident.

In the aftermath of the traumatic experience, one of the victims took to social media to expose the misconduct, sharing the video footage on Instagram.

After the video went viral, Uber India issued a statement assuring to take necessary action and address the matter.
