NITCON is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Technician in 2025.

Qualification & Experience :

1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

2. Minimum 02 years of experience in Switchyard/Sub Station/switchgear of Power plant.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily solar plant operations with full safety and regulatory compliance.

2. Supervise and plan maintenance/repair activities for plant equipment (panels, inverters, switchgear, transformers, substations, transmission lines) and conduct breakdown diagnosis with rootcause reporting.

3. Conduct safety talks, drills, and ensure adherence to HSE protocols.

4. Maintain inventory and consumption records for spares/consumables and coordinate with management for procurement, ensuring availability of critical spares.

5. Assist in plant upgrades, expansions, and new installations during erection, commissioning, and operation.

6. Prepare and update daily O&M documentation/logbooks, report defects immediately, and follow up until resolution.

7. Handle small local purchases of required sundry items.

Monthly Salary : Rs. 23,218/- per month
