Guwahati: Iter Bam from New Bam Village has become the youngest Zilla Parishad Member (ZPM) of the 11A Basar Zilla Segment in Arunachal Pradesh after securing an unopposed victory as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate.
