Assam: Guwahati tech firm runs for wellness, over 80 employees compete in city marathon

Guwahati: : Vantage Circle, a leading global employee engagement platform, based in Guwahati demonstrated its commitment to workplace well-being as a significant portion of its staff participated in a city marathon at the Sarusajai Sports Complex on November 30, 2025.

The company reported strong participation across all categories, reflecting its long-standing focus on cultivating an active and healthy lifestyle among its teams. A total of 82 employees took part in the endurance event.

The results highlighted the staff's dedication: 13 employees successfully completed the challenging 21K (half marathon) run, 57 employees finished the 10K category, and 12 employees completed the 5K fun run.

Anjan Pathak, CTO & Co-Founder of the platform, emphasized that wellness is an inherent part of the company's philosophy.

“Well-being is not a campaign for us; it’s part of who we are. When our teams consistently step up for events like this, it reflects the mindset we try to build through our products. Together, we aim to empower a healthier workforce, stronger teams, and workplaces where wellness remains a shared priority,” Pathak said.

The organization regularly encourages its employees to participate in marathons, fitness challenges, and sports events.

It also extends this focus externally through its corporate wellness platform, which assists other companies in driving healthier lifestyles for their employees via activity tracking, wellness tasks, and personalized health journeys.
