Sanjay Kumar Singh takes charge as NHPC director of projects
New Delhi: Sanjay Kumar Singh assumed the role of Director (Projects) at NHPC Limited on July 24, 2024.
He holds a degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and has more than 32 years of vast and varied experience in the Power and Infrastructure sector with respect to the execution of mega and prestigious projects in India and Bhutan.

Prior to joining NHPC, Singh served as Chief General Manager at SJVN Limited, where he oversaw key projects such as the Sunni Dam HEP and Naitwar Mori HEP.

His experience also includes the construction of major components for the Nathpa Jhakri Hydroelectric Project and Tala Hydroelectric Project.
Singh's extensive knowledge in project construction, survey, investigation, and pre-construction activities will be instrumental in driving NHPC's project initiatives forward.
