Assam STF apprehend drug peddler with Heroin in Guwahati

Guwahati: Continuing its drive against the menace of drugs, the Special Task Force (STF) of Assam has been able to apprehend a drugs peddler along with 23 nos. of vials containing 40 grams of Heroin, a mobile handset and other articles.

Taking to X, the STF Assam wrote, “Acting on information, a team of STF led by Insp. Kapil Pathak carried out a raid at Khanapara, under Basistha PS Jurisdiction.”

The post added, “During the raid, the team has apprehended a drugs peddler along with 23 nos. of vials containing 40 grams Heroin, mobile handset and other articles.
