Bihar Election Results 2025: BJP will cross 200 seats, says NDA
Guwahati: As the counting of votes for the 2025 Bihar Assembly Election picks up pace, the BJP-led NDA is projecting strong confidence about its performance.
Bankipur BJP candidate and Bihar Minister Nitin Nabin asserts that the alliance is heading toward a decisive victory.
He said that the NDA expects its final tally to mirror the sweep of the 2010 elections and could cross 200 seats.
Nabin accused the RJD of holding on to what he describes as a “jungle raj mindset,” claiming the party continues to symbolize an era of lawlessness.
Meanwhile, the BJP is preparing for early celebrations. Party spokesperson Jaiveer Shergill predicts that by noon, both the Bihar and Delhi party headquarters will be in a festive atmosphere.
He insists that voters are set to deliver a strong message to the Mahagathbandhan.
Shergill added that leaders like Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav will realise the limits of “challenging democracy,” even as he sarcastically wishes them well in their role as opposition leaders.
He also accuses the RJD camp of making provocative remarks, such as likening their ambitions for Bihar to Nepal, and urges the NDA government to stay alert against any disruptive tactics he claims the opposition bloc might attempt.
