Applications are invited for recruitment of various technical positions or jobs in NIT Mizoram.

National Institute of Technology (NIT) Mizoram is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a Research project sponsored by Technology Innovation Hub (TIH) at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhilai, under DST, Govt. of India entitled "A Fintech application for cost Benefit portfolio suggestion regarding locally available aggregate by quality assessment and modified concrete made of recycled waste and bamboo as partial replacements versus traditional concrete." NIT Mizoram is an Institute situated in the scenic beauty of Mizoram, wrapped between clouds and mountain rocks, which adds to its beauty. Being amongst the most educated states of our country with a literacy rate of 91%, it beholds a very peaceful and calm environment suitable for studies. The Institute, to cope with the present competitive needs, comprises of laboratories with the latest equipments and installed with best & latest softwares.

Essential Qualification :

B.E./B. Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) with 70% marks or 7.5 CGPA of marks with a valid Gate Score.

Or,

M.E./M. Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering/relevant area of Engineering/ Technology with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (GATE/NET not required)

Desirable Qualification / Experience : Software / app development experience altogether

Monthly Emoluments : Rs. 37000/- + HRA

Selection Procedure :

The selection process will be conducted via video conferencing interviews altogether.

The appointment will also be on a contract basis.

This position is altogether created solely for the execution of the research project.

Selected candidates will not also be considered employees and will not be entitled to any benefits on that account.
