Applications are invited for recruitment of various technical positions or jobs in ICAR RCNEH Umiam Meghalaya.
ICAR RCNEH Umiam Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Young Professional-I under the ICAR-CITH, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir and ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam, Meghalaya collaborative project entitled “Assessment of Soil Carbon Dynamics and Carbon Sequestration Potential of Temperature Fruit Crops of Arunachal Pradesh.” ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, a premier research institute under the Natural Resource Management division of Indian Council of Agricultural Research, has been promoting and conducting research, extension and human resource development activities in agriculture and allied sectors for hilly and mountain ecosystem of North Eastern Hill Region. The institute has been striving hard through activities in its various divisions to maximize the needed output aimed at fulfilling its goals.

Essential Qualification :
B.Sc. (Agriculture / Horticulture/ Forestry /Chemistry/Microbiology)
Desirable Qualification :
Experience in analysis of soil physical, chemical, biological properties and plant nutrients altogether.
Preference will also be given to the experienced candidates
Emoluments :
Emolument payable is consolidated Rs. 30,000/- per month altogether for Young Professional-I
(YP-I).
No House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be paid also to the YP-I.

Age Limit :
The age limit for YP-I should be from 21-45 years with relaxation as per rules.
