Meghalaya: Bollywood singers Neeti Mohan, Kanika Kapoor to headline Me’gong Festival 2025

Guwahati: Bollywood playback singers Neeti Mohan and Kanika Kapoor are scheduled to perform at the Me’gong Festival 2025, which will be held in Garo Hills on December 5 and 6, according to The Shillong Times.

Organisers confirmed that the two artists will headline the festival, which has become one of Meghalaya’s key cultural events.

Neeti Mohan, known for hits like Ishq Wala Love, Jiya Re, Nainowale Ne, and Kheech Meri Photo, will perform on the first day.

Organisers also mentioned that an international artist for the opening day will be announced soon.

Kanika Kapoor, known for hits like Baby Doll, Chittiyaan Kalaiyaan, Lovely, and Jugni Ji, will perform on December 6.

A second international performer for the closing day is expected to be revealed in the coming days.

The festival is expected to draw thousands of visitors from across India, offering opportunities for local artisans, entrepreneurs, and businesses, while boosting tourism in the region.
