Applications are invited for recruitment of various medical positions or jobs in NEIGRIHMS Meghalaya.
North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS) Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Senior Consultant for NCDC, MoHFW Center of Excellence for Climate Change. The posts will be Purely Contractual for a period against each post above or till the completion of the project whichever is earlier and the selected candidates shall have no claim for permanent post following the completion of the tenure. NEIGRIHMS is a Super-specialty Teaching and Referral Institute with State-of-the-Art-Technology. Registered as an Autonomous Institute under Meghalaya Societies Act 1983, NEIGRIHMS is also a Post Graduate Tertiary Care Medical Institute under the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. It is the First in North East established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, in 1987. Presently it offers several professional courses at Graduate, Postgraduate & Post Doctoral levels that are affiliated to the North Eastern Hill University (NEHU), a Central University. The Institute has a Medical College and also a Nursing College running undergraduate courses recognised by Medical Council of India and Indian Nursing Council.

Qualification :
Essential:
Medical Graduate (MBBS/Dental) with Master degree in Community Medicine / MPH / Public Health.
Desirable:
Good Communication and Scientific writing skills.
1-2 years of working experience also at State / National agency.
Upper Age Limit : 40 years

Selection Procedure :
Candidates may appear for a walk-in-interview on 17th October 2024 altogether
The venue is in the Department of Community Medicine, New Medical College Building (Director Block side) 4th Floor, Mawdiangdiang, NEIGRIHMS, Shillong.
Registration of Candidates 9 AM to 10:30 AM
The registration is to be followed by interview at 10:45 AM on the 17th October 2024.
