North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Tura, Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Program Manager-Business Development at BIRAC’s BioNEST Bio-Incubator (B3I) Facility.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

1. Master’s degree in Agriculture, Life Sciences, or a related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of
   relevant experience; OR
2. Master's degree in Agriculture, Life Sciences or a related field with an MBA (Agribusiness
   Management/Business Analytics/Rural Management) from an reputed institute with a minimum of
   02 year of relevant experience.
3. Proven, documented work experience in Industry, Startups, or Incubation Centers, particularly in
   sectors like Agriculture, Biotechnology, Technology, or Services.

Age Limit: Below 35 years (as of the date of advertisement)

Salary: As per BIRAC, DBT Govt. of India norms

Job Roles :

1. Mentoring and Business Development: Guide and mentor startups, entrepreneurs, and innovators in crafting business plans and scaling their ventures.
2. Event Planning: Organize business development events, fostering collaborations, technology tie-ups, and capacity-building initiatives.
3. Resource Mobilization: Secure resources to support startups and create sustainable value chains
   within the incubation ecosystem
4. Market Access: Assist startups in accessing markets for their products, technologies, and services.
5. Proposal Writing & Fundraising: Support incubatees in crafting proposals, preparing pitch decks, and connecting with investors and strategic partners.
6. Networking & Partnerships: Build a strong network of innovators, entrepreneurs, investors, industry leaders, and government agencies to enhance the program.
7. Incubation Services: Develop and introduce new initiatives for incubation services that cater to entrepreneurs' needs.
8. Marketing & Branding: Elevate the brand equity of the BioNEST Incubator and promote the success of incubated startups through effective marketing strategies
