Name of post : Business Development Manager

Qualification :

M.Tech/Ph.D in Food Technology/Food Engineering and Technology and allied specialized
subject

Desirable :

1. At least one year experience in overall technobusiness development and management in Incubation center/Food industries/ Government/Private research institute/Laboratory
2. Experience in business development in self-sustainable private company

Salary : Negotiable

Name of post : Technical Manager

No. of posts : 1

Qualification :

M.Tech/MSc/Ph.D in Technology/Food Engineering and Technology/Biotechnology/Bioprocess
Engineering and allied specialized subject.

Desirable :

1. At least one year experience in Incubation center/Food industries/ Government/Private research project/ food testing laboratory as JRF/SRF/Technical assistant/Analysist
2. Knowledge of computer experiences in Food Packaging Design (FPD), Labelling, Logo, branding, etc.

Salary : Negotiable

Role & Responsibilities:

• To support incubation center’s day-to-day operations (Raw materials stock, Production, Packaging, and Market distributions)
• Design, execute, support & implement center’s outreach programs, events & training activities
• Manage outreach communications, e.g. website, newsletter, social media, digital marketing, PR etc.
• Instinct for entrepreneur’s growth drivers; understanding of integrated marketing communications, public relations, emerging media, marketing, and branding.
