Applications are invited for recruitment of various administrative positions or jobs in NEC Shillong Meghalaya.

North Eastern Council (NEC) Shillong Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Junior Consultant and Consultant on contract basis.

Name of post : Junior Consultant (Planning)

No. of posts : 2

Qualification & Experience :

i) MA/M.Sc in Economics or M.Sc in Statistics/Mathematics or M.Tech (Electronics and Communication), M.Sc (IT) or MCA (Computer Science).

ii) Candidates having MA/MSc in Economics or M.Sc in Statistics/Mathematics should posses computer application certificate course from any reputed institute recognized by the State/Central Government authorities concerned.

iii) Candidates should posses experience of handling statistical data and analysis for period of one (1) year in any central Govt. Office.

Name of post : Junior Consultant (T&C)

No. of posts : 1

Qualification & Experience :

i) BTech/BE in Civil Engineering from recognized universities/institutions.

ii) More than 2(two) years of experience after graduation in the field of Roads/Bridges/Buildings &
other similar works of Civil Engineering.

iii) Minimum 6(Six) months of exposure to the Planning/Monitoring/Execution/DPR scrutiny of hill
roads and its other appurtenances work

Name of post : Consultant (T&C)

No. of posts : 3

Qualification & Experience :

i) BTech/BE in Civil Engineering from recognized universities/institutions.

ii) More than 3(three) years of experience after graduation in the field of Roads/Bridges/Buildings &
other similar works of Civil Engineering.

iii) Minimum 6(Six) months of exposure to the Planning/Monitoring/Execution/DPR scrutiny of hill
roads and its other appurtenances work
