Applications are invited for recruitment of twelve vacant positions or jobs in MSSDS Meghalaya.

Meghalaya State Skill Development Society (MSSDS) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post or jobs of Multi-Task Assistant (MTS) altogether on contractual basis.

Qualification & Experience :

Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience altogether in Office Administration and project related activities.

Additional Qualifications :

• Knowledge of Quality tools & processes proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• Good report writing and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in administrative work and other related work.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in local languages of the State.

Salary : Rs. 17,040/- per month inclusive of benefits.

Job Roles :

1. To assist & support the Skill Development Officer.
2. Performing administrative tasks.
3. Computer related works which also includes typing.
4. Researching information as required.
5. Delivering of materials/correspondences.
6. Supervising the regular routine works in the office viz receiving and dispatch correspondences, putting up of correspondences from relevant files.

Maximum Age Limit : 37 years (In deserving cases, the qualification and experience may be relaxed)
