Applications are invited for recruitment of various technical positions or jobs in MSSAT Meghalaya.

Meghalaya Society for Social Audit & Transparency (MSSAT) Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Junior Consultants. As per the guidelines of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Gaurantee Act, 2013 the Government of Meghalaya has established an independent organization, "Social Audit Unit" (SAU) in the name - Meghalaya Society for Social Audit & Transparency (MSSAT). The society is registered under the Meghalaya Society Registration Act XII of 1860. The basic purpose of forming this society is to facilitate the conduct of Social Audit at the Village level, so as to ensure Transparency & Accountability.

Upper age limit: 37 years (relaxation for at least 5 years for SC/ST candidates).

Salary: Rs. 35,000/- per month & travel allowances as per the SAU norms.

Essential Qualification:

1. MBA/Post Graduate in Management/Public Policy/ Development Studies/ Rural Development/ Social Services/Public Administration/ Population Studies/ Engineering.
2. Additional qualification on statistices & Data Analyst.
3. Must have obtained an aggregate of 55% marks and above at the PG level.

Desirable experience:

1. Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and planning for rural development projects/programs. Experience in data analysis, research, and documentation will be an advantage.
2. Knowledge of implementing various development/ welfare programs in urban and rural areas.
3. Experience working in Govt/semi-government organization.
4. The post involves tasks and assignments in both Khasi, Jaintia, and Garo Region.
