Applications are invited for recruitment of various project based positions or jobs in ICAR RCNEH Meghalaya.

ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region (ICAR RCNEH) Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under “AICRP-IFS” project on purely contractual basis. ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, a premier research institute under the Natural Resource Management division of Indian Council of Agricultural Research, has been promoting and conducting research, extension and human resource development activities in agriculture and allied sectors for hilly and mountain ecosystem of North Eastern Hill Region. The institute has been striving hard through activities in its various divisions to maximize the needed output aimed at fulfilling its goals.

Essential Qualification : M.Sc. in Agronomy / Soil Science

Desirable Qualification :

Specialization in Agronomy/Soil Science with minimum research experience of 1 year, good
publication record and basic knowledge in computer, paper writing and data analysis.

Emoluments : Rs. 31000/- per month HRA

Age Limit :

Age should be between 21-45 years as on publication of advertisement, with relaxation by 5 years
for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates

Selection Procedure :

A walk-in-interview will be held on 18.06.2024 at 11.00 AM in the Committee Room of Agronomy, ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umroi Road, Umiam – 793 103, Meghalaya
