Applications are invited for recruitment of various administrative and technical positions or jobs in BRDC Meghalaya.

Bio- Resources Development Centre (BRDC), Shillong, Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of IT Resource Person, Quality Manager and System Facilitator on contractual basis.

Name of post : IT Resource Person

No. of posts : 1

Qualification : Graduate/Diploma in Computer Application/Electronics & Communication
Engineering or equivalent.

Experience :

1. Minimum 03 years of experience in the relevant field of IT.
2. Should be an expert in at least two GIS tools/platforms like ESRI/ Mapbox or other
3. Should be an expert in HTML/CSS or in at least one front end framework like REACT/Vue or any other similar javascript framework.
4. Should have experience in building front end map interfaces using libraries like leaflet, cesium or open layers
5. Should have used git or any other code version control system.
6. Basic knowledge in one of the cloud services and knowledge of others (AWS, GCP and Azure).

Pay : Negotiable as per relevant experience

Name of post : Quality Manager

Qualification : B.Sc. Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Forestry/ Botany or other allied fields.

Experience : The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in Organic farming/ certification system with proficiency in basic Computer Applications (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint etc.)

Pay : Negotiable as per relevant experience

Name of post : System Facilitator

Qualification : B.Sc. Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Forestry/ Botany or other allied fields

Experience : The candidate should have a minimum of 2 year of experience in Organic farming/ Certification with proficiency in basic computer applications (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint etc.).

Pay : Negotiable

Age Limit :

The candidate should not be less than 18 years and more than 32 years of age as on 1.01.2024.

Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 (five) years for scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, OBC and PWD
candidates.

Selection Procedure :

Candidates may appear for a walk-in-interview on 25th September, 2024 at Bio-Resources Development Centre, 5 ½ Mile, Upper Shillong

Registration will be open from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Interview will start from 11:00 AM onwards.
