Manipur floods: MU postpones semester exams

Imphal: Manipur University has announced the postponement of all ongoing semester examinations following severe flooding currently impacting the state.

The official announcement, made on Wednesday (July 03), stated that there is a need to prioritize safety of students amid the worsening flood situation in Manipur.

In a statement, the Manipur University expressed its concern for the well-being of students and staff, declaring, "This is to inform all concerned that all ongoing semester examinations under Manipur University are postponed due to the present serious flood situation in the state."

The university assured that new examination dates would be scheduled and communicated once the flood situation improves in Manipur.
