New Delhi: Following intense campaigns and elections in Jammu and Kashmir and Haryana, exit polls are now making headlines.

Seven exit polls suggest that the Congress party holds an advantage in Haryana, while the Congress-National Conference alliance appears to be leading in Jammu and Kashmir. However, no party is projected to secure a majority, according to five exit polls.

Jammu and Kashmir is poised to welcome a new government after assembly elections for its 90 constituencies, conducted over three phases on September 18, September 25, and October 1, marking the region's first elections in a decade.

Haryana held its elections today, with 1,031 candidates vying for seats across 90 assembly constituencies and 20,632 polling booths set up for voters. The results for both the Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections will be announced on October 8.

Exit Poll Insights:

In response to the positive exit poll results, the Haryana Congress celebrated on X, stating, "Thank you, Haryana! With your blessing, change is coming. Congress is coming!"
