The ‘charge-sheet’ includes a multitude of allegations ranging from corruption to failure to address critical issues such as the human-elephant conflict, rising prices, syndicates, scams, illegal immigration, rampant toll taxes, and more.
These accusations collectively paint a picture of alleged “governance failure and ineffective policy implementation” by the present BJP government.

While many of these allegations remain unverified or disputed, the opposition claims that the Assam chief minister and his administration have prioritized personal interests over the welfare of Assam's citizens.
They allege widespread corruption, land grabbing, and unethical practices within the government and its associated businesses.
Moreover, the opposition expresses concerns about the erosion of democratic values and human rights under the current administration, accusing the government of disregarding the needs and rights of the common people.
