BJP and alliance will win all 14 seats in Assam: Bhabesh Kalita
Guwahati: After the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) released its first list of candidates, Bhabesh Kalita, Assam BJP president said that they would secure a victory in all seats contested in Assam.
He claimed that the BJP is poised to triumph in all 11 constituencies in the state, with the remaining three likely to be clinched by the party's coalition partners.
Following the announcement of the candidate list, Kalita expressed bolstered confidence, citing it as a source of encouragement for their electoral prospects.

He claimed the Congress was in a weakened position, thereby reinforcing the BJP's electoral advantage as they were delaying their candidature list.
Regarding specific constituencies, Kalita highlighted the Asom Gana Parishad's (AGP) potential victory in Dhubri, emphasizing dissatisfaction with the incumbent MP, Badruddin Ajmal, accusing him of prioritizing communal politics over development.
