Assam youth found dead in Hyderabad, family suspects murder

Guwahati: A youth from Assam was reportedly found dead in Hyderabad on Friday night.

The body was found in Nanakramguda of Hyderabad under mysterious circumstances.

The deceased was identified as 23-year-old Simanta Dutta.

He was a resident of Pani Gaon in Lakhimpur, Assam.

His family stated that he worked at a private firm in Nanakramguda itself.

The police had informed earlier that the death may have been a possible accident.

However, the family of the deceased has refused to believe so stating that there is some foul play in the incident.

They also alleged that the incident was a planned murder.

The police have begun an investigation into the allegations and are questioning people that Dutta had met before his death.
