Assam: Speeding car crashes into tree in Sonitpur, four critically injured
Guwahati: At least four people were severely injured after their vehicle crashed into a tree on the roadside in Sonitpur, Assam.
As per reports the vehicle, a Mahindra XUV 300 bearing registration AS12AB8584 was speeding on National Highway 15 near Kawaimari village in Sonitpur, Assam when it crashed into the roadside tree on Wednesday night.

The impact of the accident caused significant damage to the vehicle and left all passengers critically injured.
Ganesh Kurmi (26) was transferred to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) due to his serious condition.

Manoj Kurmi (25) and Pritam Kurmi (20) were admitted to Tezpur Medical College and Hospital (TMCH) for treatment.
An investigation is being carried out to determine the cause of the accident.
No injuries or harm to anyone else has been reported.
