Assam: Pune man killed in Radisson Blu Hotel in Guwahati

Guwahati: An inter-state crime came to the fore on Monday when a youth from Pune in Maharashtra was found killed in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Guwahati.

According to credible information, the deceased has been identified as Sanjeev Suresh, who is from Pune.

The body of Sanjeev was found inside the hotel room of the five-star hotel.

In this connection, the city police have charged two people with the murder of the youth.

Both the accused were nabbed from Azara while they were trying to flee.

The alleged accused has been identified as Vikas Kumar Shaw and Anjali Shaw, both residents of Kolkata.

It has also come to the fore that the deceased Sanjeev was apparently the former lover of Anjali, who was accused of killing him along with the man.

Further investigation into the case is currently ongoing.
