Guwahati: A college girl in Guwahati, Assam was allegedly cyberstalked and harassed by a man who created and circulated morphed obscene pictures of her and her friends online.

The Guwahati Police through its Crime Branch team arrested the accused, Md Billal Hussain, after a months-long investigation.

The incident as per police began in September 2023 when the victim, along with a few of her friends, all college students, started receiving unsolicited calls and messages.
