The festival kicked off with a media interaction on October 3, where Chef Das, a culinary expert from Radisson Blu Plaza Airport Delhi, unveiled the specially curated set menu that showcases the essence of Thai cuisine. This culinary extravaganza promises to be a delightful blend of flavors, aromas, and cultural insights.
Nest Asia's General Manager, Ankur Mehrotra, expressed his excitement about the festival, stating, "We are honored to host Chef Raja Das for this exclusive event. Our aim is to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience that not only celebrates the rich flavors of Thai cuisine but also creates a memorable atmosphere."
The festival offers a set dinner menu priced at Rs 1,999 plus taxes per person. Each dish is carefully crafted to showcase the diverse and vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine.
To enhance the dining experience, guests will be treated to complimentary Thai Iced Tea, while a variety of Thai cocktails and mocktails will be available for purchase.
