Applications are invited for recruitment of various research based positions or jobs in RARI Gangtok Sikkim in 2026.

Regional Ayurveda Research Institute (RARI), Gangtok, Sikkim is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Senior Research Fellow (Ayurveda) on contract basis for the projects "Tribal Health Care Research Programme (THCRP) under Tribal Sub Plan(TSP)", “Ayurveda Mobile Health Care Programme (AMHCP) under Scheduled Caste Sub Plan(SCSP)", and "Ayurveda Health Centres (AHCs) under North East Plan(NEP)" in 2026.

Qualification :

Essential: B.A.M.S. Degree from any recognized University.

Desirable:

(a) Preference will be given to those who possess higher qualifications or having previous research experience i.e. having worked for any research projects funded by Ministry of Ayush, ICMR, CSIR, DST or equivalent organizations.

(b) Working knowledge in computer applications.

(c) Skills of drafting and editing of scientific documents/ official/ technical reports, etc.

Salary : Rs. 42,000/- + HRA per month

Age Limit: Up to 35 years as on 01.01.2026

Selection Procedure :

Interested candidates may appear for a walk in interview on 07.04.2026. Time of interview is from 10.00 am. Venue is at Regional Ayurveda Research Institute, Gangtok, Sikkim
