Qualification : BTech / Postgraduate in Science / Engineering or MBA (Marketing)
Experience :
1. Minimum 2 years experience in startup ecosystems, incubators, accelerators or venture capital firms
2. Experience in designing and executing startup/ accleration programmes
3. Exposure to Government and program management
Age : Below 35 years
Name of post : Finance Manager
Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate in BCom / MCom (Commerce / Finance)
Experience :
1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in government or
donor-funded projects
2. Strong working knowledge of PFMS and government fund flow mechanisms.
3. Experience in handling government schemes, grants, and utilization reporting.
4. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
5. Familiarity with MCA compliance and regulatory filings.
- 6. Strong financial reporting, analytical, and documentation skills.
