Qualification :

Full time Bachelor’s Degree in the following disciplines-

Mechanical Engineering/ Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechatronics/ Automobile & Industrial or equivalent

Experience :

Minimum 15 years of Professional Experience out of which 10 year experience. The experience should be in design and/ or construction of material/bulk handling facilities. The candidate shall have experience in designing and optimizing bulk material handling systems. Ability to develop process flow diagrams, capacity calculations and optimization studies. They must have expertise in material handling systems like conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, ship loaders / unloaders, silos, waggon tipplers and rapid loading systems, with proven capability in project lifecycle management from feasibility to commissioning. They shall have proven expertise in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safe and e?icient handling, O&M strategies (predictive, preventive & reliability centres maintenance). The candidate shall have experience in cost estimation, budgeting and lifecycle analysis of CAPEX (capital investment estimation for mechanical, civil, structural, electrical and automation works), OPEX (Operation and maintenance estimation including manpower, energy consumption, spare parts, maintenance and lifecycle costs) and Cost-benefit analysis and payback period calculations.
