RCFL Recruitment 2025 : Apply for Management Trainee posts

Applications are invited for recruitment of eight vacant technical positions or jobs in RCFL in 2025.

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Management Trainee (Safety) in 2025.

Qualification :

A. Regular full time 4 years B.E. /B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering / Regular full time 4 years B.E. /B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Petrochemical Engineering / Regular full time 4 years B.E. /B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Technology. All above qualification are to be from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. Regular and full time dual / integrated degree in Engineering are also eligible.

And

One-year Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety course from UGC/AICTE/State Board of Technical Education recognised institutions. The Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety should necessarily be completed after passing above prescribed qualification.

OR

B. 3 years regular Full time B.E. /B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering / 3 years regular Full time B.E. /B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Petrochemical Engineering / 3 years regular Full time B.E. /B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Technology. All above qualification are to be acquired after 3 years regular and full time Diploma in Engineering. All above qualification are to be from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. Regular and full time dual / integrated degree in Engineering are also eligible.

And

One-year Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety course from UGC/AICTE/State Board of Technical Education recognised institutions. The Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety should necessarily be completed after passing above prescribed qualification

OR

C. Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Fire & Safety Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Regular and full time dual / integrated degree in Engineering are also eligible.

And

One-year Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety course from UGC/AICTE/State Board of Technical Education recognised institutions. The Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety should necessarily see completion after passing above prescribed qualification.

OR

D. 3 years Regular full time B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Fire & Safety Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions acquired after 3 years regular and full time Diploma in Engineering. Regular and full time dual / integrated degree in Engineering are also eligible.

And

One-year Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety course from UGC/AICTE/State Board of Technical Education recognised institutions. The Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety should necessarily see completion after passing above prescribed qualification.

Application Fees :

General, OBC(NCL) and EWS candidates must pay non - refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the post of Management Trainee at the time of submission of online application form. Candidates can opt to pay either through internet banking account or credit/ debit card. No other mode of payment of application fee is acceptable. Application fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. SC/ST/ExSM/Female category need not pay any application fee.
