Eligibility Criteria :

1. Assistant Manager (IT) - (Regular) : BTech / BE / Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information System / Information Technology or also equivalent / MCA from a recognized University/ Institution.  The incumbent should also have minimum one year of post qualification executive experience in relevant field/s

2. Network/System Administrator - (Regular) : BE / BTech / Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information System / Information Technology/Electronics and Communication/ Electricals/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics Design & Technology/ Applied Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication or also equivalent / MCA from a recognized University/ Institution.  The incumbent should also have minimum 01 (one) year of post qualification executive experience in relevant field

3. Assistant Manager (Vigilance) - (Regular) : BE/ BTech/ LLB OR MBA / PG Degree/ Two years Diploma in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution. The incumbent should also have minimum 01 (one) year of post qualification executive experience.

4. Safety Manager - (Regular) : BTech / BE in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Avionics with 5 years of relevant work experience altogether of which 2 years should be in aviation industry at equivalent/ next below grade of Rs. 40000- 140000 in a large and reputed organization. OR AME Diploma with BAMEL and 7 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years should be in aviation industry at equivalent/ next below grade of Rs. 40000- 140000 in a large and reputed organisation. 

5. Dy. Continued Airworthiness Manager - (Contractual) : BTech/ Engg Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or BSc in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or equivalent OR Valid CAR 66 AME License OR Diploma in AME from DGCA approved CAR 147 Institute/School and also must have cleared Module 09 & 10 of CAR 66. Should have also five years of post-qualification executive experience 

6. Continued Airworthiness Manager - (Contractual) : BTech/Engg Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or B.Sc. in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or also equivalent OR Valid CAR 66 AME License OR Diploma in AME from DGCA approved CAR 147 Institute/School and must have cleared Module 09 & 10 of CAR 66. Should also have seven (07) years post qualification executive experience in relevant field 

7. Dy. Quality Manager - (Contractual) : An Engineering degree or equivalent in any discipline (aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronics and telecommunications) or also Aircraft Maintenance License in B1 or B2 category issued by DGCA or Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License in Mechanical or Avionics streams. Should also have 05 years of post-qualification executive experience in aeronautical industry on an appropriate position and one year of experience in Quality Department of any aviation organization

8. Dy. Chief of Flight Safety - (Contractual) : CHPL / ATPL license endorsed for helicopter operated by the Company. OR Aircraft Engineer with AME license endorsed for the helicopter operated by the Company. OR Should be a Helicopter Pilot / Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with safety experience with or also without flying / medical category. OR also Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a recognised University with safety experience. The incumbent should also have minimum 12 years of post-qualification executive experience in Aviation. 

9. Officer (CPMS) - (Contractual) : A Master's degree / Two years PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication/ Mass Media/ Public Relations or also equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution.  The incumbent should also have minimum 01 (one) year of post-qualification executive experience 

10. Station Manager - (Contractual) : MBA / Post Graduate Degree / two years Diploma in Marketing/ Commercial/ Finance/ Aviation Management from a recognized Institution/University with 01 (one) year of post qualification executive experience also in relevant field at the equivalent/ next below grade of Rs. 30000-120000). Candidates working in private sector or also Public Ltd. or Joint Venture or working on contract basis should be having annual CTC of Rs. 7.68 lakhs in preceding one year.
