Bamboo & Rattan Centre Mizoram is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Junior Project Fellows (JPFs) under the project entitled "Assessment of Availability of Timber, Geospatial mapping of Tectona grandis (Teak) Plantations and Identification of Candidate Plus Trees (CPTs) of Teak in Mizoram" in 2026.

First Class M.Sc. in Forestry/ Botany/ Plant Taxonomy/ Horticulture/ Medicinal & Aromatic
Plants/Agriculture
Desirable:
Should know about genetics, tree breeding, Remote sensing and GIS.
Emoluments : Rs 24,000 + HRA as per applicable rates
Selection Procedure :
Candidates may appear for a walk-in interview on 19.06.2026. Time of interview is from 9:00 AM onwards. Venue is at ICFRE- Bamboo and Rattan Centre (ICFRE - BRC), Bethlehem Vengthlang, Aizawl, Mizoram
