The Meghalaya CMLEAD Fellowship 2026-27 Meghalaya (Chief Minister Leadership in Education And Development Fellowship 2026-27) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Fellows. It is a state-led initiative by the Government of Meghalaya aimed at strengthening the implementation of key education priorities.

Educational Qualification:
1. Postgraduate degree in any discipline
OR
2. Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in education, development, public policy, governance, or allied fields.
Age: 22–35 years (as per applicable norms)
Compensation: Rs. 60,000/- per Month with additional allowances
Selection Process
1. Stage 1- Application submission (CV, statement of purpose and written/verbal
assignment)
2. Stage 2- Shortlisting based on eligibility, experience and written/verbal assignments
3. Stage 3- Interview/interaction with the selection panel
4. Stage 4- Final selection based on overall suitability
