North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS) Shillong Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Executive Engineer (Civil) in 2026.

A.
1. Holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or
2. With 05 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment on a regular basis in Level 10 of Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre /department.
3. With 09 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment on a regular basis in Level 7 of the Pay Matrix or equivalent in supervisory capacity in the parent cadre/department and
B. Possessing the following educational qualification and experience-
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or institute with 07 years’ practical experience in planning designing and construction work.
