NABFINS is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Customer Service Officer (Field Officer) and Branch Head in Meghalaya in 2026.
Name of post : Customer Service Officer (Field Officer)
Qualification & Experience:
1. PUC/10+2 completed.
2. Fresher’s are eligible to apply
3. Valid driving license and ownership of a two wheeler is mandatory.
4. Candidates must be fluent in the local language.
Job Roles :
1. Sourcing of clients
2. Primary verification of credentials of clients
3. Conduct of Compulsory Group Training
4. Data entry in CRIF
5. Data entry in CMS
6. Accompanying Branch Manager for Group Recognition Test
7. Accompanying CSE in pre disbursement
8. Ensure disbursement
9. Generate Demand
10. Follow up for recovery and undertake collection
11. Remit the Collection in the Bank/s
12. Report the demand and collection to ABM / BM
13. Document filing
Age Limit: Maximum age limit at 33 years.
Name of post : Branch Head
Qualification & Experience :
1. 3 years’ and above of work experience in microfinance institution
2. Knowledge of local language and willingness to travel extensively is mandatory.
Job Roles :
1. Branch Management
2. Conduct Pre disbursement
3. Follow up for demand, collection and remittance
4. Surprise visit to CGT and GRT
5. Surprise post disbursement visit of each CSO’s clients
6. Ensuring timely disbursement, Passing of collection / remittance entries in the CMS
7. In case of non-remittance of cash, safe custody (Joint custody with Asst. Branch manager)
8. Safe custody and arrangement of all the loan documents safely
9. Maintenance of branch records, registers and statutory compliance
10. Administrative Head of the Branch
11. Reporting to Cluster Manager on a daily basis about the status of
business
