Meghalaya Jobs 2025 : NIT Meghalaya Recruitment

Applications are invited for recruitment of various project based positions or jobs in NIT Meghalaya in 2025.

National Institute of Technology (NIT) Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the project entitled  “Illuminating dark matter using global 21-cm absorption signal during Dark Ages and Cosmic Dawn Era” under ISRO-Department of Space, Govt. of India in the Department of Physics in 2025.

Qualification : M.Sc in Physics with valid NET or GATE score) with consistently good academic record and a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA in the Master’s degree. Relaxation for SC/ST & PH candidates is as per GOI norms. Students without NET or GATE are considerable for project associate with less salary.

Desirable Qualification : Good knowledge of programming languages and some research experience.

Consolidated monthly compensation / Fellowship: Rs. 37,000 (Thirty-Seven Thousand only) per month + HRA.
