Manipur Jobs 2025 : Manipur University Recruitment

Applications are invited for recruitment of various project based positions or jobs in Manipur University in 2025.

Manipur University is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on a research project funded by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) entitled "X-ray study on the physical nature of some compact objects,
specifically the Ultraluminous X-ray sources (ULXs)" in 2025.

Essential Qualification :

First class Master's Degree in Physics (or equivalent) from a recognized University GATE/NET qualified. Those who are not GATE/NET qualified shall be considered for the post lower than JRF as per Government of India norms. Moreover, candidates with a background in astrophysics and
data analysis will be preferred.

Age Limit : Preferably less than 30 years as on the date of submission of the application.

Salary :

Rs. 37,000/- per month for NET/GATE qualified candidates.

Rs. 31,000 per month for NON- NET/Non-GATE candidates
