1. PhD in relevant disciplines
2. ME/M. Tech/MS with 60% marks (average of all semesters) or 6.5 CGPA on a scale of 10
AND
B.E/B. Tech in with 65% marks or 6.84 CGPA on a scale of 10.
Pay : Level 11 (Rs. 67,700 - Rs. 2,08,700)
