Applications are invited for recruitment of various managerial positions or career in EXIM Bank in 2026.

Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Managers and Deputy General Managers (DGM) in various disciplines in 2026.

Name of post : Manager (Grade/Scale MM II)- Internal Audit

No. of posts : 2

Qualification :

Minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in
Graduation. The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full time duration.

and

Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade or Chartered Accountant (CA). Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full time duration, with a specialization in Finance with minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA. In case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient. Membership of ICAI is mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum of three years of experience in a scheduled commercial bank or all India financial institution or any other organization of repute in the areas of internal audit/credit audit
with experience in handling preparation and submission of reports by internal/concurrent
auditors, audit compliance, analysis and timely submission of audit observations to audit
committee, review of scope of internal/concurrent audit and systems/procedures/controls operating within the organization and experience in dealing with RBI on the matters of audit/inspection team (in Scale I or equivalent).

Qualification :

Minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in
Graduation. The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full time duration.

and

Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS or) with specialization in Human Resource
Management/ Personnel Management. Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-
year full time duration, with minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade
Points Average (CGPA) in both Graduation and Post Graduation.

Experience:

Minimum one year of experience in a scheduled commercial bank or all India financial
institution or any other organization of repute, in the areas of recruitment, performance
management, training and development, manpower planning and other HR functions.

Name of post : Deputy General Manager (Grade/Scale JM I)- Administration

No. of posts : 2

Qualification :

Minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in
Graduation. The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full time duration.

and

Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS or) with specialization in Hotel and Hospitality management, Facilities management or equivalent qualification. Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full time duration, with minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) in both Graduation and Post Graduation.

Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a scheduled commercial bank or all India financial institution or any other organization of repute, in the areas of housekeeping, property maintenance & insurance, security and general administration functions.
