Applications are invited for recruitment of over 700 vacant positions or career in DRDO CEPTAM in 2025.

Defence Research & Development Organisation- Centre For Personnel Talent Management (DRDO CEPTAM) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 764 vacant posts or career of Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) and Technician-A (Tech-A) in 2025.

Name of post : Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B)

No. of posts : 561

Pay Scale : Pay Matrix Level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400) as per 7th CPC Matrix and other benefits / allowances as per Govt. of India rules

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Diploma in Engineering or Technology or Technical Computer Science or Allied subjects, recognised by AICTE in the respective discipline.

Name of post : Technician-A (Tech-A)

No. of posts : 203

Pay Scale : Pay Matrix Level-2(Rs. 19900-63200) as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix and other benefits/ allowances as per extant Govt. of India rules.

Qualification :

1. Xth Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institute; and 

2. Certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in the required discipline; or Certificate of minimum one-year duration from a recognized Institution in the required discipline if the Industrial Training Institutes do not award certificate in that discipline; or National Trade Certificate in the required discipline; or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the required discipline.

Age Limit :

Candidate must be between 18-28 years of age, as on crucial date of eligibility i.e. 01.01.2026 (upper age limit relaxable as per extant Govt. of India rules). Date of birth as filled by the candidate in the online application form should be as per 10th /Matriculation Certificate and no subsequent request for change will be considered. Age relaxation is as per rules of Govt. of India
