Eligibility Criteria :

Personal Assistant : A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Proficiency in Stenography in English/ Hindi with minimum speed of 100 wpm. Knowledge of Computer Applications. 2 years work experience

Senior Technical Assistant (Computer) : B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/ Electronics Engineering. OR M.C.A/M.Sc. in Computer Science. 2 years programming experience.

Semi Professional Assistant : Master’s Degree in Library Science and Information Science OR Bachelor’s Degree in Library/Library and Information Science with two years relevant experience

Upper Division Clerk : A Bachelor’s Degree. 2 years work experience. Speed in English Typing @ 35 wpm OR speed in Hindi Typing @30 wpm. Proficiency in Computer Operations.

Laboratory Assistant : Bachelor’s Degree in Physics or Chemistry or Microbiology with minimum two years work experience

Lower Division Clerk : A Bachelor’s Degree. English Typing @ 35 wpm OR Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm. Proficiency in Computer Operations.

Hindi Typist : A Bachelor’s Degree. 30 words per minute in Hindi Typing speed. Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Multi-Tasking Staff : 10th Pass OR ITI Pass

How to apply :

Applicants may apply online through Samarth Portal (cutnnt.samarth.edu.in) by e-application. The portal closes at 23:59 Hrs on i.e. 21-01-2026 (Last date of receipt of applications).

After successfully submitting the online e-application, the applicant shall take a print out of it, attach all relevant enclosures (Educational, Experience, Fee payment receipt, Reservation/ Relaxation category Certificates, etc.,) and send it to the address “The Joint Registrar, Recruitment cell, Central University of Tamil Nadu, Neelakudi, Thiruvarur – 610 005, Tamil Nadu” to reach on or before 28-01-2026.

Application Fees : Rs.750/- for all candidates applying for UR/OBC/EWS posts. Fee exempted
for SC/ST candidates applying for SC/ST posts. CUTN employees and PWD candidates are
exempted from payment of application fees.
