Sapekhati College Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the govt job or career of Principal in 2025.

Eligibility Criteria :

i. A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade (in a point scale where grading
system is followed) from a recognized university.

ii. A Ph.D degree from a recognized university.

iii. Professor/Associate Professor with a total service/ experience of at least 15 (fifteen) years. The work experience should be of teaching/research in universities/colleges/other institutions of higher education.

iv. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on Performance-Based Appraisal in Appendix III of UGC Regulations 2018 for direct recruitment of Principal in colleges.

v. A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC listed journals.

vi. A minimum of 110 Research score as per Appendix If at Table 2 of UGC Regulations 2018.

vii.A relaxation of 5% marks may be provided at the Graduate and Master's level for the SC/ST/Differently abled (physically and visually differently abled) categories. The eligibility marks of 55% or an equivalent grade in a point scale. wherever grading system is followed, and the relaxation of 5% to categories mentioned above are permissible based on only the qualifying marks without including any grace mark.

viii. The upper age limit is 55 years as per prescribed rules.
