Gauhati University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the govt job of Project Assistant for the project entitled "Optimizing Cold Atomic Systems using Quantum Metrology and Quantum Thermodynamics" in 2025.

Monthly Emoluments : Rs. 31,000/- per month

Qualification : Master Degree in Chemistry / Physics/ Computer Science or allied subject with 55% and above

1. Experience in any programming languages
2. Should have taken courses on Quantum Theory and Statistical Mechanics / Thermodynamics as part of Master's degree
3. Preference will be given to candidates having publications in related fields
