State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the govt job of Constables in Assam Police in 2025.

• Armed Branch (AB) : 663

Educational Qualification :

Constable (UB): H.S. or Class XII passed from Govt. recognized Board or Council.

Constable (AB): H.S.L.C or Class-X passed from Govt. recognized Board or Council.

Applicants having educational qualification of Higher Secondary and above may apply for both Armed Branch & Unarmed Branch. In such cases, Applicant has to clearly mention his/her preferences for the posts.

Pay Scale : Rs. 14000-70000/- with Grade Pay Rs. 5600/- and other Allowances, as admissible under the Rules.

Age Limit : The age of the Applicant must be 18-25 years as on 01-01-2026 (i.e., Applicants born not before 01-01-2001 and not later than 01-01-2008). Upper age limit relaxation is as per rules of Govt. of Assam.
